Instructions:
- In a big bowl, place your fish, half turmeric powder, loads of black pepper and half your lime juice. Stir and put aside.
- In a frying pan add your oil, onions, salt, and remaining spices (garlic, ginger, turmeric).
- In a big pot boil your potato/ candy potato / butternut. Pressure as soon as gentle. Add to the frying pan spices and stir.
- Add your coconut milk, water if wanted and simmer on medium warmth for about 15 min or till thick.
- In a big pot, cook dinner your rice.
